Black Country Sports is an emerging sub-regional strategic partnership operating within the Black Country Consortium’s (BCC) governance framework.

It involves a range of partners principally of the 4 Local Authorities, Sport England and the Black Country Consortium Limited, who are committed to working together to support the development of sport and the joint actions needed to increase and sustain the levels of participation in sport of a population of over 1m people. In 2006-07, the BCSP will be extending its membership to other key local agencies that are prepared to work towards a shared vision for sport.
Step into Sport Club Volunteer Placements
The Black Country Sports Partnership needs your help; there is a need for sports clubs to get involved at matching opportunities to Step into Sport students. The Black Country Sports Partnership is putting together a database of clubs who would like to take on a Step into Sport volunteer. The placements would begin early 2007 and there is no limit to the number of volunteers you can take.
If your organisation would like to become involved with the Step into Sport programme then please complete and return this Club Statement of Interest Form, or click here for further infomation.
